Why do I get through to Bluesquare when I contact support?
Green Joker Poker's player's accounts are managed by Bluesquare
(a Rank Interactive company licensed in Alderney). All monies are held by Bluesquare
and Bluesquare handle all online support and customer
service. If you feel you are not getting the service you
require then please email support@greenjokerpoker.com with the details.
Why is my account locked?
Your account could be locked for one of the following reasons:
a) You need to verify your details to validate your account.
b) You have tried to open an account when you have one already.
c) Your deposit or withdrawal request needs to be verified.
d) You have input your password incorrectly more than 3 times.
e) Other account security reasons.
In all cases you should check your registered email account for a communication from Bluesquare. If you have not recieved an email and the account remains locked for more than 15 mins or you urgently need access to your account please contact Bluesquare via our customer support telephone numbers or via LiveChat.
Why is there only six stars in the password field, my password is longer than that?
As a security measure the password field only has six stars regardless of how long your password is. You will be able to enter your password if it is longer than 6 characters.
How do I reset/find out my password?
We do not have access to your current password details. You can reset your password by using the "forgot password" button on the login screen of the poker software. Please be aware that the password reset email will come from Bluesquare. If you do not recieve the temporary password within a few minutes then please contact Bluesquare via our customer support telephone numbers or via LiveChat and they will manually reset it for you.
Can I change my poker screenname?
Unfortunately it is not possible to change your Green Joker Poker screenname.
If I win a seat to a live event can I transfer it to another player?
Seats to live events are non-transferrable and may only be used by the player whose name is registered to the Green Joker Poker account.
Can I win more than one seat to a live event?
You can only win one seat to any particular live event with the exception of GUKPT and Green Joker Poker's own live tournaments. Please do not enter any more qualifiers for a live event that you already have a seat for as we cannot issue a second or seat or offer a cash alternative. Any seats won players who already have a seat will be forfeited.
GUKPT mutiple seat wins can be used at a similar buy in GUKPT event of your choice. Please email support@greenjokerpoker.com should you need help with this.
If you win more than one seat to a Green Joker Poker event then we can arrange to sell the excess seats on your behalf.
